We begin by understanding where you want to take your organization. We will work with you to explore the questions "If things were going really well, how would we know? What would we see happening?" 

The responses to these questions paint a picture of an ideal state. We then analyze the knowledge, skills and abilities your staff need to move towards this state.

Finally, we assess which knowledge, skills and ability staff already have, and which they need to acquire. The results of this analysis provide the data we need to begin the instructional design process. 

Throughout this process we use a variety of tools, such as online surveys, personal interviews, and small group meetings to gather information.
