Grand Rapids Home for Veterans needed a promotional video to increase placements and share the feel of the home. This introduction to the video uses narration based on a speech given by the governor of Michigan at the home's opening to provide structure, while historical archive and re-enactment footage combine with motion graphics to bring the home's historical importance and service to life.
