We have just established a new email service for our associates. Access to the web-based system can be accomplished by following the links below:

Webmail: Click here to access your Webmail Account. Login name is AccountName@messagemakers.com
Change Account Password: Click here to change the password on your Webmail Account.
AppleMail Client Configuration: Click here tfor instructions on how to configure your AppleMail to access the Email servers.
Email Client Configuration: The best way to connect to the new mail system is to create a new account in your email client. You will first need to change the server settings on your current mail account to point to the old server. In the old account change the server settings to: Incoming mail server: messagemakers-server.com.
Now make a new account. Your new settings will be:
Incoming mail server: mail.messagemakers.com. For those of you at the art galleries, your setting would change to: Incoming mail server: mail.oldtownarts.org or mail.banyangallery.org.
Outgoing mail server: mail.messagemakers.com. Do not use authentication for outgoing server. If your ISP requires you to send mail via their email server, configure according to their instructions.Your login name will have to be changed from AccountName to AccountName@messagemakers.com or AccountName@oldtownarts.org / AccountName@banyangallery.org.
There are numerous settings you may need to deal with depending on the mail client you are using and if you are using IMAP or POP. These include SPAM filtering, Sent Mail folder, Junk Mail folder, and Deleted Messages folder. If you need special instructions regarding these settings, send a message to the link below and specify which mail client you are using and if you use IMAP (server storage) or POP (local storage).
